Compostable grades use bio-based resins certified to IS/ISO 17088 — they are not conventional plastic and will fully break down in industrial composting conditions into water, CO₂, and biomass. We also offer biodegradable LDPE blends for scenarios where composting is not available; those are best treated as a transitional option.
Our IS/ISO 17088 compostable range is designed to comply with central and state-level compostable plastic guidelines. We provide certification copies for procurement due-diligence.
Our bags are certified for industrial composting (controlled temperature and humidity). They will degrade in home composting but significantly more slowly — we recommend industrial composting for predictable end-of-life.
